I’m Isabel Katarina and I welcome you to my world. Thank you for being here! I'm a Swedish native that for the past 15 years have dedicated my life towards holding sacred space for healing in many different forms that have been developing as I have been continuously going deeper on my own healing path.

I’m Isabel Katarina and I welcome you to my world. Thank you for being here! I'm a Swedish native that for the past 15 years have dedicated my life towards holding sacred space for healing in many different forms that have been developing as I have been continuously going deeper on my own healing path.
My Journey
I had a powerful spiritual awakening at age 15 that changed the direction of my life forever and propelled me on the path I am on today. I was deep in addictions, depression and suicidal thoughts at that time and nothing seamed to help to get me out of it. I can tell you my full story later, but today I am certain that a miracle happened.
A light exploded in my brain and heart, and opened me up to a completely new reality. I could suddenly see and feel so clearly why my soul had incarnated on this earth. It took me a long time to integrate this experience, but one thing was certain, no matter what happened after that, I was deeply activated to my purpose. That's where my healing journey began.
I have been following my heart that has been guiding me to many places in the world and inside myself ever since. To heal myself and to also support others going through similar journeys, I went on a solo trip to India when I turned 20. There I finished my first yoga and meditation teacher training and soon after that I started my first company.
I lived in Norway for most of my twenties, where I was running a successful yoga and coaching business. Simultaneously, I continued to travel and study many different modalities to deepen my knowledge. In 2019 I decided to let it all go. Even though I had built my dream life, I knew my soul was here to expand even more. I quit my business, broke up a long relationship, sold all my things and opened up for another unknown journey starting in Central America.
The past five years I have lived a nomadic lifestyle. The healing and transformation I have gone through during these years have completely turned my world around. The way I hold space for healing today is therefore drastically different from before. I have started to sing, play many instruments and write songs. My psychic abilities have developed even deeper and my work as an energy healer has grown stronger. I have attended several educational courses around shamanism, plant medicine, sound healing, sacred space creation, leadership and much more, and continuously integrated these into my work.
Living partly in Costa Rica and partly in Scandinavia has allowed me to bring the best of two worlds together. I have been hosting international transformational retreats for many years. My work with the sacred plant teachers has deepened and I'm now also helping others to allow for their wisdom to come through.
I am here to create a safe and sacred space for you just as you are. A place for healing and self exploration. If you are drawn to me and my offerings know that our souls are already connected.
