Hi, I’m Isabel — a Swedish medicine woman who has devoted the past 15 years to holding space for healing in its many forms and guiding others through the journey of spiritual awakening.
After walking through the shadows of depression, addiction, and suicidal thoughts early in life, I was faced with a choice: the path of healing or the path of pain. My soul came here to evolve — and I chose life, growth, and purpose.
That choice led me on a journey across the world and deep into the unseen realms of spirit. Through years of study, devotion, and direct experience, I discovered the path of healing that now flows through my work — a remembrance of the wisdom carried in the body, nature, and the soul itself.
I have held space for thousands of people both online and in person — weaving together modalities from traditional yoga and meditation, shamanic ceremony, psychic channeling, medicine music, art, and plant medicine journeys.
Now based in the lush jungles of Costa Rica, I bridge the energy of the tropics with the ancient magic of my Nordic roots — blending earth and sky, intuition and embodiment, mysticism and grounded presence.
