The Voice From The Heart

It's a new moon in the sky. January is ending and the clouds are forming over the mountains of the mystical cloud forest in Monteverde, Costa Rica. The air is fresh and in the far distance you can see the ocean opening the space towards infinity. inviting bigger dreams and brighter visions happens more naturally here.

Gathered around the fire again. a cup of ceremonial cacao smelling deliciously of cinnamon and honey in our hands. It feels so good to exhale fully once more after another beautiful day. We moved, laughed, cried and sang our hearts songs over and over. We swam in the fresh river, warmed up in the luxurious jacuzzi, hiked in the breathtaking forest, ate delicious homemade food and now we are gathered again, enjoying yet another sunset.

We can all feel that we have landed in our hearts and aligned to the same frequency together. It feels deeply safe and warm to sit here together now, as if we have been doing IT for lifetimes.

ISABEL KATARINA

Hi, I am Isabel, a Swedish medicine woman who has dedicated the past 15 years towards holding space for healing in many forms and sharing my teachings of spiritual awakening.

after struggling with depression, addictions and suicidal thoughts early in my life, I knew I had a choise to make; the path of healing or the path of pain. My soul came here to grow and I was not willing to give up on myself nor my path in this life.

my heart has been led to many corners of the world and deep inside myself i have found the path of healing that I have passionately been sharing with others.

Many years of holding space for groups and individuals my healing modalities has a wide range from traditional yoga/meditation practices to shamanic ceremonies and a deep connection with my roots from the north. I am excited to share this deeply transformational journey with you.

Here we are always deeply honoured to be stewards of this magnificent land. We have the privilege to host, know and support so many incredible people here. Including various indigenous tribes, elders and powerful medicine carriers working in several traditions. We are dedicated to being of service, supporting and hosting every heart who visits the Finca.

Lauren has had the great privilege to walk the medicine path for the last 8 years, I have travelled to Acre Brazil twice where I was welcomed into the Yawanawa village of Matum to deepen my studies. It is also with great respect and honour to serve the medicine of Kambo and follow my heart path of working in the water as a Watsu and Waterdance practitioner.

At age 25, Keith’s awakening set the understanding of the reality he lives in and of who I really am - my true identity, connected to Source through my heart. It opened a 35-year career as a massage therapist and a medicine path where I have supported and encouraged others to piece together their own unique perception of their reality and their being. In 2016 I bought Finca Camino Nuevo within a month of moving to Monteverde in Costa Rica. My vision was to create a retreat center that was focused on spiritual awakening through self-exploration. A safe place for people to open their hearts and face their fears. To experience being whole, in a flow with healing energy and in a state of completion. Together with Lauren, We welcome you with love at our home and invite you to journey to your place of healing.

JOSE FABIO FALLAS CASTRO KOSHAS

Hello! Let me tell you a little about me: I am a Tico, born and raised in San José, who traveled around Europe, India, Thailand and America collecting experiences, learnings and tools for my own path and for those who may found them helpful to navigate this human experience.

With almost 20 years background I have experience in business administration, retail and wholesale business, digital Marketing, hospitality, tourism and wellness and 10 years with my own project -KOSHAS- I decided to hear my call and give myself to hold space for others along going on my process.

For more than 7 years I have shared yoga, meditation and holistic therapies (massage, Thai Yoga Massage, sound healing and ceremonies) at, yoga and wellness retreats, hotels in Costa Rica and Guatemala, international festivals and private and group sessions.

I am honored to be invited to hold space with Isa, who I admire and fully trust her to guide us on this experience.

Koshas means layers or bodies. And it is the perfect word to remind us that we are INTEGRAL BEINGS, that we have different layers, capacities and needs.
